As we continue to expand our global team, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join us in our journey.

Role Overview:
The Sales Engineer will support distributors, key consultants, end-users, and large system integrators with design, trainings, demonstrations, technical queries, testing, and commissioning of  Bose Professional Products in the assigned territory. The Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving the set goals around design requirements, training, technical support, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have deep technical knowledge and understanding of Pro Audio Solutions.
  • Build relationships with key influencers for specifications – consultants, architects, engineering companies, and end users to support technical discussions.
  • Build relationships with large project developers in territory to translate information to smart design
  • Support distributors and Sales team with demos and technical discussions
  • Define with Regional Director training calendar and implement
  • Supporting product launch, events, fairs and, other lead generating activities from technical aspects
  • Work as a team member internally with the engineering and product management team
  • Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to internal product management team                    
  • Regular reporting of activities and projects designed funnel to Regional Sales Director
  • Weekly update of project portfolio and related activities in Microsoft dynamics CRM tool
 
  • Meet, and where possible, exceed design timelines, trainings, and tech support to positively impact revenue from Distributors
  • Support achievement of division targets for Bose Professional      

Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pro AV design, trainings and technical discussions in large projects of Pro AV Industry
    • Certifications such as CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I from AVIXA will be preferrable
    • Have portfolio of AV projects designed along with various consultants/end users/architects/engineering companies in the territory
    • A good communicator with good presentation skills
    • An engineering graduate with relevant industry experience, specialization in Pro Audio is an advantage.
    • Ability to follow precise procedures
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and directed
    • Ability to interact across all levels of organizations
    • Maintain the required standard of documentation in client responses.
    • Increase client satisfaction with timely and adequate support.
    • Excellent understanding of engineering process and relevant technologies.
    • Willing to travel up to 70% of the time
