Position Overview:
We are looking for a curious, proactive IT Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience who is excited to help shape the future of our technology and business process landscape at Bose Professional. 

Based at our Global Headquarters in Hopkinton, MA, this role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting business needs with practical technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into action, support system enhancements, improve processes, and help bring projects from concept to reality. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a dynamic global environment. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements 
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria  
  • Support the discovery, design, testing, and launch of new applications and system enhancements 
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and support resources that help teams adopt new tools and ways of working 
  • Assist in solution evaluation by documenting options, recommendations, and defining clear data-based impact in the business 
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and sprint planning in partnership with Product Owners and project teams 
  • Participate in testing activities (UAT, regression testing) to validate system functionality 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency 
  • Collaborate across business, IT, and vendor teams to help deliver practical, scalable solutions 
  • Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed


Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role 
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams 
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or data platforms 
Preferred Experience 
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: 
  • NetSuite 
  • Dynamics CRM 
  • Jira 
  • SharePoint 
  • Implementation of enterprise business systems

Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of the base compensation for the role at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location, and the range may be updated in the future.
 
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus or other variable incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and 401k benefits to name a few.
