Position Overview:
Bose Professional is looking for an FP&A Manager to join our growing team. The FP&A Manager will help to support our corporate FP&A function. This includes driving our reporting, partnering with the Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO to build enhanced FP&A infrastructure, providing valuable insights to the CFO and the rest of our Executive team to reach our financial goals, and acting as a key liaison between Bose Professional and our private equity investor. The FP&A Manager will play an important role in empowering us to achieve our ambitious growth objectives through enhanced financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly reporting and quarterly reporting to our leadership team and Board of Directors.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability assessments, and scenario modeling. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage 3-statement financial model, 13-week cash flow forecast, and liquidity and covenant reporting.
- Develop and maintain executive and other KPI dashboards.
- Oversee the annual budget process, working closely with department heads to establish budget targets, review submissions, and recommend opportunities to drive profitable growth
- Drive improvement in the financial planning processes and tools, reporting methodologies, and analysis techniques.
- Partner with the Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO to build, and enhance, core FP&A infrastructure
- Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of FP&A, investment banking, or private equity experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify trends, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide insights to support business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting preferred, but not required. Ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail. Resourceful and has a thirst for improving processes and tools.
- Proficient in financial planning and analysis tools and systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of the base compensation for the role at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location, and the range may be updated in the future.
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus or other variable incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and 401k benefits to name a few.
