Position/Title: Project Manager Co-op
Time Type: Full time, 6 months
Location: Hopkinton, MA - Hybrid
Reports to: Director of the Program Management Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Support program managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on key initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status updates.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Identify and propose enhancements to project management processes and tools.
- Help track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
