Position Overview:  

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional to lead our efforts in launching and growing our new product line within the Entertainment vertical market. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets through the management of distributors and partners, building relationships with key players in the entertainment industry, and developing and executing sales strategies specific to this market. This individual will play a critical role in positioning our products as industry leaders while driving growth in this specialized sector.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive efforts to meet or exceed sales goals for the new product line in the Entertainment vertical market. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to this sector. Identify and prioritize key accounts, building a robust pipeline of opportunities for both short-term and long-term growth. 
  • Distributor & Partner Management: Establish and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, integrators, and consultants to drive product penetration. Collaborate with partners to set annual sales goals and quarterly objectives, monitoring progress and ensuring successful outcomes. Ensure distributors have the resources and support needed to succeed, providing training and ongoing support for product launches. 
  • Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Entertainment market, including end-users, designing firms, and consultants. Regularly engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, understand their evolving needs, and provide solutions that drive continued business growth. Develop account-specific growth plans and execution strategies, focusing on revenue maximization and margin objectives. 
  • Sales Reporting: Use CRM and other sales tracking tools to maintain accurate records of opportunities, sales forecasts, and progress against targets. Report regularly to management on sales performance, using data-driven insights into market trends and product positioning to refine strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer service. 
  • New Product Launch: Lead the launch of new products within the assigned vertical market, coordinating efforts with marketing and technical teams to ensure a successful introduction. Develop launch plans at the key account level, ensuring comprehensive execution across all partner channels. 
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business. Manage multiple accounts and maintain strong relationships at all levels of customer interaction.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals in professional audio market with 4 years of experience. 
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, with a focus on vertical market sales (entertainment industry experience is a plus). 
  • Strong ability to manage distributor and partner relationships. 
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience with launching new products and driving growth in niche markets. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships with key partners.
