業務概要
ディーラーへの技術トレーニングや技術サポートを通じてBose professional製品の仕様化促進を図り、部署の目標達成を目指し活動していただきます。
責任の範囲
  • 顧客(ディーラーやディーラー以外の音響エンジニア、コンサルタントなど)がBose製品を適切に使えるよう技術トレーニングを実施する。
  • 顧客からの技術的な質問や相談(スピーカシステム設計・提案や調整)に適切に対応し、案件獲得に貢献する。
  • 試聴会等における技術担当としてデモシステムのセットアップ、技術プレゼンテーションを行う。
  • プロセッサー等の特に技術サポートが重要な製品については、製品ごとの年間販売目標を技術サポート活動を通じて達成する。
  • 技術的な内容の製品資料の作成。
必須能力・経験
  • 電気、建築音響全般の基本知識
  • 技術的な内容を分かりやすく伝える提案資料作成スキル
  • セミナー実施やシステム提案のためのプレゼンテーション能力
  • OfficeやCAD、音響関連ソフトの基本スキル
  • 音響関連の技術資料を読むための英文リーディング能力
  • Bose製品に限らず、業務用音響機器・システムに対する興味
  • 顧客から技術者として信頼されるコミュニケーション能力
  • IT関連の基礎知識(ネットワーク・ハードウェア等)
あると望ましいスキル
  • PhotoshopやIllustratorなどのグラフィックソフトウェアのスキル
  • 音響シミュレーションソフトの使用経験
  • 本社や他国のエンジニアとの技術的な内容情報交換のための英語力
  • 建築音響または電気系の学士または修士であることが望ましい

Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer, Osaka will help to promote specific Bose professional products through technical training and technical support to dealers and work to achieve the goals of the company.

Job Accountability:
  • Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process. 
  • Performs technical sales support at customer sites, or on a multiple site basis. 
  • Resolves technical product/service issues   Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services.

Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of electroacoustic and architectural acoustics
  • Skills for creating presentation materials.
  • Presentation skills
  • Skills for Microsoft office, CAD, software regarding designing acoustics
  • Reading skill of English, especially articles regarding Pro sound
  • Communication skills
  • Basic Knowledge of IT
Nice to have:
  • Experience for using photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience for using simulation software of acoustic like modelar or ease
  • English skill
  • Bachelor/master’s degree of architect acoustics or electronics.
