Position Overview:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for sales of Bose Professional solutions in all categories throughout the assigned territory and report to the Sales Manager. The Territory Manage drives attainment of strategic goals by perfecting the mix of new business development and growing existing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive all efforts to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities within the territory.
  • Develop sales leads and opportunities and track them accordingly.
  • Develop relationship with reseller/integrator, designing firms and consultant, and end-user partners.
  • Set annual goals and quarterly tasks for key partners. Monitor and update progress regularly.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of long-term opportunities.
  • Regularly update sales and opportunities to create an accurate sales forecast with system software.
  • Collaborate with other managers and groups within the organization as needed to ensure that divisional goals are met.
  • Report sales efforts to management regularly.

Qualifications:
    • 3 years sales experience in Commercial and Professional A/V Industry.
  • Strong preference for experience and existing relationships in specific verticals: Themed Entertainment, Higher Education, Retail/Restaurant, Hospitality, Corporate, and House of Worship.
  • Have technical knowledge and understanding of professional audio, unified communications, and commercial sound installations.
    • Strong relationships with industry partners in integration and consulting.
    • Self-driven individual, excelling in both team and individual environments.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Frequent business travel
