Position Overview:

This Territory Local Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of Bose Professional products within the assigned region, utilizing strategic account management processes to develop and maintain productive long-term business relationships. The role focuses on achieving strategic goals by effectively balancing new business development with maximizing existing accounts, all while adhering to global and national strategies for optimal territory management.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of Bose Professional products in the designated region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Implement and optimize strategic account management processes to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service to foster repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while effectively managing and optimizing existing accounts to achieve strategic sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align local efforts with global and national strategies for effective territory management.
  • Partner with distributors to create and deliver technical training programs and activities for new resellers in the region.
  • Support current Bose Professional dealers and distributors by providing assistance with product demonstrations and other sales activities as needed.
  • Facilitate daily channel activities in coordination with the Latin America team to drive sales acceleration.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets for the region.
  • Engage with customers to provide expert technical information and present live demonstrations of audio products, including speakers, amplifiers, and audio processors.
  • Develop and present tailored audio solution proposals for diverse applications such as retail spaces, hospitality venues, auditoriums, conference rooms, malls, gyms, theaters, churches, and stadiums.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s entire product line to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Take ownership of account development and maintenance, ensuring ongoing support and relationship management for all assigned clients.


Qualifications:
  • A technical sales background with –
  • 5+ years’ experience in Professional Audio products sales
  • knowledge of audio and acoustics concepts
  • knowledge of professional audio equipment for installations
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the audio technology sector or a related field.
  • Ability to discuss technical capabilities at the “features and benefits” functional level.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and articulate findings
  • Good balance of strategic and tactical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to travel across its assigned region.
  • Based in Mexico
