効果的な販売戦略を策定し、日々の売り上げを確認することによって、収益の最大化と直接の粗利益目標の達成を図る。
エンドユーザー、コンサルタント、設計事務所、ゼネラルコントラクターとの強固な関係を構築するために、定期的な訪問を含む積極的なコミュニケーション戦略を確立し、信頼を醸成する。顧客の好みを収集し、適切なプレゼンテーションやソリューション、フィードバックセッションを提供し、高い顧客満足度を得る。
マーケティングおよびセールスエンジニアと連携して、新製品の発売を主導する。

資格:
関連業界でのBtoB営業経験。
学士号/修士号または同等の資格。
日本語ネイティブ。
エンドユーザー、コンサルタント、設計事務所、ゼネラルコントラクターとの強固な関係を確立し維持する能力。効果的なオンサイト訪問を行い、戦略を適応させる能力。

Position Overview:
​​​​​​The Territory Manager, Tokyo will help manage the relationship with existing accounts and achieve the desired growth objectives within the region. In addition to this, the territory manager is responsible for developing new opportunities with end-users and actively engaging with project developers, and general contractors to drive business for larger projects towards us.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive annual growth plans and detailed quarterly execution plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, focusing on the needs and preferences of end-users to create tailored solutions.
  • Maximize revenue generation and achieve direct gross margin objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring account performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with end-users, project developers, and general contractors by establishing a proactive communication strategy that includes regular check-ins, fostering trust, gathering insights on customer preferences, pain points, tailored presentations and solution, and feedback sessions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead new product launches by coordinating with marketing and technical teams to ensure successful execution at key account levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to provide technical support and insights that enhance the sales process and address customer needs effectively.
  • Implement structured processes and best practices for day-to-day account management to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Bose professional employees and end-users, by actively engaging them to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

Qualifications:
  • B to B sales experiences in related industries.
  • Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent
  • Native in Japanese
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with end-users, project developers, and general contractors. Capacity to conduct effective on-site visits and adapt strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship management.
Nice to have:
  • Intermediate English skill
