Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be technical influencer, generate business opportunities by supporting distributors, consultants, end-users, and large system integrators with design, trainings, demonstrations, technical queries, testing of Bose Professional Products in the assigned territory. The Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving the set goals around design requirements, training, technical support, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet, and where possible, exceed design timelines, trainings, and tech support to positively impact revenue
  • Build relationships with key influencers for specifications – designing firms and consultants, architects, engineering companies, and end users to support technical discussions.
  • Build relationships with large project developers in territory to translate information to smart design
  • Support distributors and Sales team with demos and technical discussions
  • Enhance training to customers (including dealers and business partners) and sales force, define training calendar and implement
  • Supporting product launch, marketing events, fairs and other lead generating activities from technical aspects
  • Increase client satisfaction with timely and adequate support.
  • Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to internal product management team                    
  • Regular reporting of activities and projects designed funnel to Sales Engineering Manager
  • Weekly update of project portfolio and related activities
  • Maintain the required standard of documentation in client responses.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Pro Audio design, trainings and technical discussions in large projects of Pro AV Industry if preferrable.
  • Have deep technical knowledge and understanding of Pro Audio Solutions.
  • Experienced with AutoCAD, EASE or other sound system simulation tool.
  • ​​​​​​​A good communicator with good presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of engineering process and relevant technologies.
  • Ability to follow precise procedures
