Position Overview:
Bose Professional is looking for a Project Manager Co-op to add to our Program Management team in Hopkinton, MA. The Project Manager Co-op will help to support various engineering projects from end-to-end. This includes planning and tracking project timelines, keeping all of the stakeholders updated throughout the process, and reporting on metrics to improve our process moving forward.
This is an exciting opportunity for a current student to get hands-on experience working with real-world engineering projects and all of the details that go into it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program managers in planning, tracking, and reporting on key initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status updates.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Identify and propose enhancements to project management processes and tools.
- Help track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings.
- Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
