Position Overview:

We are looking for a Director of Digital Sales and Channel Growth to lead exactly that. This role is for a strong communicator and builder who can turn outreach into engagement, opportunity, and long-term partner growth across our Americas reseller network.
The Director of Digital Sales and Channel Growth will lead an inside sales and digital engagement function focused on accelerating revenue, improving partner experience, and scaling demand generation across the Americas. This role oversees digital outreach, campaign execution, lead management, follow-up, and post-launch adoption to improve conversion, protect baseline revenue, and better support channel partners. This leader will also build a modern multimedia outreach capability using video, email, web, webinars, and social content to engage a broad account base. The role serves as both a revenue leader and channel advocate by identifying friction points, driving cross-functional action, and helping make the business easier to work with.

Position/Title: Director of Digital Sales & Channel Growth
Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $170,000–$190,000. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of the base compensation for the role at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location, and the range may be updated in the future.
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for bonus or other variable incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and 401k benefits to name a few.
