大项目拓展经理将负责独立推动专业音频业务中大型项目的全周期开发,包括体育场、音乐厅、酒店和高端会议中心——从潜在客户开发、客户沟通和需求评估,到方案提案、管理投标、合同谈判、项目交付——并达成公司在重大项目上的销售目标。这个职位需要与业主、顾问、总承包商以及系统集成商建立深厚的合作关系。 

The Project Growth Manager will be responsible for independently driving the full-cycle development of large projects in professional audio business, including stadiums, concert halls, hotels and conference centers—from lead generation, client engagement, and needs assessment to solution proposal, managing bidding, contract negotiations, delivery—and achieving the company's sales targets for major projects. This role involves building deep partnerships with owners, consultants, general contractors, and system integrators. 

 
Key Responsibilities 主要职责: 

  • 独立负责体育场、音乐厅、酒店和高端会议厅等大型专业音响工程项目的全周期开拓,从线索挖掘、业主对接、需求调研到方案输出全流程跟进,完成公司设定的大项目销售业绩指标。 
  • 深度对接文旅、体育场馆、机关单位、大型公建甲方业主、总包方及系统集成商,建立专属大项目合作网络,挖掘潜在音视频系统采购需求,完成项目签约与落地。 
  • 独立完成项目的询价、精准报价、标书编制,配合招投标全流程工作,协同公司技术部门完成方案讲标、技术答疑,保障项目中标率。 
  • 负责项目全周期的合同条款协商、签订跟进,同步协调公司供应链、技术支持、工程交付等,跟进货物排期与现场安装,保障项目顺利落地。 
  • 协助项目回款跟进,严格按照合同约定节点推动回款到账,控制项目坏账风险。 
  • 定期梳理所辖大项目赛道的市场动态、竞品信息与行业政策,向公司输出高价值市场分析建议,优化大项目拓展策略。 
  • 深度绑定体育场、音乐厅等核心场景的标杆客户,打造行业样板案例,依托标杆项目的口碑效应拓展同赛道的后续增量项目。 
  • Independently manage the end-to-end development of large projects sales in professional audio engineering business (stadiums, concert halls, hotels and conference venues, etc.), covering lead mining, client liaison, requirement gathering, and solution design, to meet the company's project sales targets. 
  • Deeply engage with owners, general contractors, and system integrators in the tourism, sports venue, government agency, and large public infrastructure sectors to build an exclusive major-project cooperation network, identify potential audio system procurement needs, and secure project contracts and successful delivery. 
  • Independently handle project quotation, accurate pricing, and bidding management; coordinate with the technical department for solution presentations and technical Q&A throughout the bidding process to ensure a high win rate. 
  • Manage contract negotiation and signing follow-up throughout the project lifecycle; simultaneously coordinate with the supply chain, sales engineering, and delivery teams to oversee equipment scheduling and on-site installation, ensuring smooth project implementation. 
  • Assist with payment collection in accordance with contract milestones, strictly following agreed schedules to control bad debt risks. 
  • Regularly analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry policies within the assigned major-project track, providing high-value strategic recommendations to the company and optimizing major-project development approaches. 
  • Build deep relationships with benchmark clients in core scenarios such as stadiums and concert halls, create industry showcase cases, and leverage the reputation of these benchmark projects to secure follow-up incremental projects in the same vertical. 
  • Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed 

Qualifications任职资格: 

  • 大专及以上学历,音视频工程、建筑弱电等相关专业优先,3年以上专业音响、系统集成或工程类B2B销售经验。 
  • 有体育场、文旅场馆、酒店、会议中心类甲方或总包方资源者,可优先录用。 
  • 熟悉大型体育场、音乐厅、酒店、高端会议厅类音视频工程项目的运作逻辑,有同类项目成功签约落地的实操经验者优先。 
  • 熟悉体育场、高等教育、零售、酒店、企业和等音视频应用场景的基础技术特性,能够独立完成基础项目方案的讲解与客户需求对接。 
  • 具备独立的大项目线索开拓能力,无需依托现有经销商渠道,可自主完成陌生大客户的开发与关系维护。 
  • 熟练使用办公软件,能够独立完成项目报价文件、投标基础资料的编制工作,具备良好的商务谈判与跨部门协同能力。 
  • 能适应项目跟进所需的短途出差,具备强抗压能力,可独立跟进周期长、复杂度高的千万级大型工程项目。 
  • Associate degree or above; majors in audio-visual engineering, building low-voltage systems, or related fields preferred. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in professional audio, system integration, or engineering project sales. 
  • Candidate with existing owner or general contractor resources in stadiums, cultural tourism venues, or convention centers is highly preferred. 
  • Familiarity with the operational logic of large-scale AV engineering projects in stadiums, concert halls, hotels and conference venues; hands-on experience in successfully closing similar projects is strongly preferred. 
  • Knowledge of technical specifications of Audio applications in stadiums, higher education, retail, hospitality, corporation, and other scenarios; able to independently present basic project solutions and align with client requirements. 
  • Proven ability to independently generate project leads without relying on existing dealer channels, and capable of independently developing and maintaining relationships with new large-scale clients. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to independently prepare project quotation documents and basic bidding materials; with strong business negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills. 
  • Able to undertake short-distance travel as required by project follow-up, with strong resilience under pressure, and capable of independently managing large-scale (multi-million RMB), long-cycle, complex projects.
