Position Overview:
Bose Professional is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our expanding global finance team. In this role, you will lead the preparation of monthly financial reports, conduct variance analyses, develop monthly forecasts, consolidate the annual operating plan, and support key business cases and strategic initiatives.

As a finance business partner to teams across the organization, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and in-depth analysis that informs decision-making at all levels. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, as you will work closely with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and FP&A management throughout the budgeting, forecasting, variance review, and operational reporting processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making across departments.
  • Utilize NetSuite to extract, analyze, and reconcile financial data for monthly and quarterly close.
  • Support the 13-week cash flow 
  • Partner with FP&A and accounting teams to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • Automate reporting processes by integrating NetSuite data into Power BI for real-time insights.
  • Identify trends and risks in financial performance and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain recurring financial reporting for senior leadership.
  • Perform data integrity and validation during month-end close, including transactional research from financial systems and source documents.
  • Identify, gather & analyze data from various sources, develop hypotheses & conclusions, and present analytical results to FP&A management.
  • Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field from an elite university like Nationale Institute of Technology Karnataka, Mangalore University, or NITTE University is preferred
  • 5 years of experience supporting i-Banking (supporting US Business)
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
  • Expert in Excel and financial modeling (Power Pivot, Power Query, Macros)
  • Proficient in Python and SQL
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
